We hope that this photo tour will help prepare you for your visit to our office.
We are located at the Amber Meadows Professional Building, at the SE corner of Thomas Johnson Drive and Opossumtown Pike, in Frederick, MD
Our street address is 198 Thomas Johnson Drive. Access routes to the parking lot are on our location page. Try to park on the Opossumtown Pike side.
This is the entrance to our building – 198 Thomas Johnson Drive – from the Opossumtown Pike side. Parking across from the Walgreens provides the easiest access.
Once you enter, turn right into the South access.
Our patient entrance is through Suite 109, on the right before you reach the plants. There are chairs and a restroom before you reach our door. (If you need to use the restroom, please let us know when you call us from the parking lot.)
Entrance to our office through Suite 109. Please wear a mask and wait until one of our team members calls you in.
The inside of our triage area through Suite 109. A team member will greet you at this entrance. Our entire office is wheelchair accessible. This is what you’ll see as you enter through Suite 109. After we take your forehead temperature, you will be escorted to your treatment room.
Our 4 hygiene rooms are separated from each other by walls. Shower curtains further reduce the chance of aerosol cross-contamination from one room to the next.
At the end of the hygiene area is our panoramic x-ray machine. Lead aprons to protect you from radiation were pictured in the previous photo.
When you first come into one of our treatment rooms, you’ll be asked to wash your hands for 20 seconds if you did not use hand sanitizer before entering the office. Our aeroglide treatment chairs can be moved anywhere in the room. During treatment you can enjoy TV or music.
Here’s how easily our aeroglide chairs can be moved to accommodate a wheelchair coming into the treatment room.
Per your request, High speed evacuation unit (HSEU), or High velocity evacuation unit (HVE) are available for use in any treatment room.
The hallway from the hygiene area to the checkout area, passing by our doctor treatment rooms. These rooms are separated from each other by walls and are closed during treatment with regular or pocket doors.
Close-up of one of our hypochlorous acid (HOCl) cold foggers used to disinfect our treatment rooms after each patient visit. We fog and wipe all surfaces in our entire office several times a day.
Approaching our check-out area. Physical distancing between patients checking out is encouraged with the footprints on the floor.
Our check-out area with a touchless credit card reader placed outside the plexiglass that now separates our front desk coordinators from our patients. The lower counter is wheelchair accessible.
Patients now leave our office through our former waiting room and check-in area at Suite 108.
The door for our mailing address at Suite 108 is kept locked at all times, and now has a doorbell for deliveries. We hope you will visit us soon!
