We hope that this office tour will help prepare you for your visit to our practice.
The Building
We are located at the Amber Meadows Professional Building, at the SE corner of Thomas Johnson Drive and Opossumtown Pike, in Frederick, MD.
This marks the entrance to our building – 198 Thomas Johnson Drive – accessible from the Opossumtown Pike/Walgreens side.
Once you enter, turn right into the South access.
Our patient entrance is through Suite 108, on the right after the plants. There is a restroom on the left before you reach our door. If you need to use the restroom, please let us know when you check-in and we can provide you with a key.
Our Office
Here you’ve reached our office. Come on in!
When you enter the office, please check-in with one of our friendly front desk coordinators. We appreciate your readiness in having your necessary “paperwork” completed beforehand.
When it’s time for your appointment, one of our team members will accompany you to your designated treatment room. Here, in the hallway leading to our hygiene area, you’ll find yourself walking past our doctor treatment rooms. These rooms are partitioned by walls and sealed off during treatment using either regular or pocket doors.
Walls provide separation between each of our 4 hygiene rooms for privacy and to minimize the risk of aerosol cross-contamination. We have also installed shower curtains to further assist with this.
This treatment room showcases our versatile aeroglide treatment chairs that can be easily positioned throughout the room. During treatment, you’ll have the option to indulge in TV or music for added comfort.
Per your request, High speed evacuation unit (HSEU), or High velocity evacuation unit (HVE) are available for use in any treatment room.
We also have a private consultation room. Here we can meet more comfortably to discuss your treatment options.
Here’s a look down the hallway from the hygiene area back to the checkout area.
Back at our check-out area we have a touchless credit card reader thoughtfully positioned outside the plexiglass barrier. Additionally, the lower counter has been designed to ensure wheelchair accessibility.
Following your check-out process, you will exit through the waiting room and retrace your steps along the reverse route down the hallway. This will lead you out of the building and back to your parked car.
